1. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation: Cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled session — no charge.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 2 hours of the session may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-show: If you are not available at the scheduled time and location, the full session fee may be charged.
2. Refund Policy
- If PhysiQo or the physiotherapist cancels your session, a full refund will be issued.
- If the session quality was unsatisfactory due to a verified issue, we will offer a free re-session or refund at our discretion.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
3. How to Cancel
To cancel a session, message us on WhatsApp at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. Mention your booking details and reason for cancellation.
4. Disputes
For any payment disputes or refund requests, contact us at contact@physiqo.in. We aim to resolve all disputes within 48 hours.
