1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PhysiQo's services (available at physiqo.in or via WhatsApp), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About PhysiQo

PhysiQo is a physiotherapy booking platform operated by Ventra Enterprises (proprietor: Ravi Maurya, GST: 09FVVPM2244F1Z4). We connect patients with verified, licensed physiotherapists for home visits and clinic appointments in Noida and surrounding areas.

3. Services

  • PhysiQo provides a platform to discover and book physiotherapy sessions.
  • We do not directly provide medical treatment. All treatment is provided by independent, verified physiotherapists.
  • Services are currently available in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
  • Bookings can be made via WhatsApp or our website.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal and medical information when booking.
  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service independently. Minors require guardian consent.
  • You are responsible for being available at the scheduled time and location.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled session.

5. Physiotherapist Verification

All physiotherapists on PhysiQo are verified for their credentials, licenses, and experience before onboarding. However, PhysiQo does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment. Physiotherapists are independent service providers, not employees of PhysiQo.

6. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payments are made directly to the physiotherapist or as specified at booking.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the session may incur a cancellation fee.
  • Refund policies will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhysiQo shall not be liable for any injury, harm, or dissatisfaction arising from physiotherapy sessions. We are a technology platform connecting patients and therapists. All medical decisions rest with the physiotherapist and patient.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on physiqo.in including logos, text, and design is the property of Ventra Enterprises / PhysiQo. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
